Lauto elettrica è sopravvalutata
Attualmente ci sono diverse società che hanno indossato i panni della green-car, ma bisogna pagare 35.000 € per una vettura lunga 3,48 metri, che sarebbe costata forse solo 7000 €, se avesse avuto un motore a benzina.
La Mitsubishi ha presentato recentemente al mercato la i- MiEV, una piccola autovettura per città, full-optional, e recentemente ha ricevuto un ordine, da parte del governo estone, di 507 auto elettriche da utilizzare per progetti sociali.
Questo è, per il momento, il più grande singolo ordine. Mentre le altre aziende stanno ancora parlando di pianificazione, oggi si può già acquistare i-MiEV, come del resto la Citroën-Zero (35.165 €) o una Peugeot alimentata da batterie a ioni di litio (solo in leasing a 594 euro al mese). Il motore elettrico della Mitsubishi sviluppa un massimo di 45 kW (67 CV), coppia di 180 Newton, come un qualsiasi motore elettrico, la MiEV ha il pregio di essere agile in città, con un raggio di sterzata di soli nove metri. Con il sedile posteriore ripiegato che può essere diviso a metà, ha una superficie di piano carico di quasi 1,30 metri di lunghezza, la capacità di carico computazionale è un massimo di 860 litri. Per il consumo, la i-MiEV più di una city car, non può essere, perché provata in strada la sua autonomia supera i 100 chilometri. I 150 chilometri pubblicizzati sono del tutto teorici rispetto a percorsi solo autostradali e in condizioni ottimali e questa resa si è ottenuta senza utilizzare il riscaldamento.
Con tutti i dispositivi elettrici in funzione l’autonomia è decimata. Il che ci porta alle principali carenze della Mitsubishi (e di tutte le auto elettriche) perché sono di bassa autonomia e di tempi lunghi di caricamento. Da notare che con l’ottimo motore Mitsubishi, sono possibili raggiungere i 130 chilometri all’ora, ma chi è alla guida ed ha fretta scarica la batteria due volte più velocemente: in poco più di 50 km e se a pieno carico i kilometri percorsi diventano ancora meno.
Nel traffico cittadino, le batterie hanno la possibilità di recuperare energia: ogni volta che la valvola a farfalla si chiude o si frena, si alimenta di energia la batteria. Ciò di cui abbiamo quindi bisogno è imparare una pianificazione della mobilità diversa. Si deve sempre sapere quanto lontano è la meta da raggiungere, e ricaricare la batteria il più possibile in ogni occasione, non vi è alcun effetto memoria. La ricarica si può effettuare in qualsiasi presa di corrente, ma protetta singolarmente con un fusibile standard a 16-amp. Come regola generale con una ricarica di un’ora si percorrono circa 15 chilometri, per una ricarica completa ci vogliono da sei a sette ore.
Quando è disponibile l’AC, questa procedura può essere ridotta a mezz’ora, con l’80% di potenza caricata. Riepilogo i 16 kWh contenuti in una batteria agli ioni di litio sotto il pianale dell’auto, con una media di 17.6 kWh consumati per 100 chilometri, con il risultato di un prezzo dell’energia elettrica di € 0,2049 per kWh un viaggio costa 3,60 € per 100 chilometri. Non è molto, e in più non si emettono gas di scarico. A conclusione va ancora detto che l’auto elettrica nella sua forma attuale è sopravvalutata. Fra qualche anno con tempi più veloce di ricarica e un prezzo d’acquisto inferiore come tutte le auto di nicchia avrà una possibilità in più. In Germania gli esperti ora dichiarano apertamente che i costi per i nuovi posti di lavoro nel settore sarebbero molto alti e stimano la necessità di una sovvenzione di almeno 3,8 miliardi di €. L’industria tedesca investirà negli anni 2012-2014, 13-17 miliardi di euro in ricerca e sviluppo per la mobilità elettrica in Germania. Per alcuni di questi problemi deve tuttavia chiedere soldi allo Stato che potrebbe finanziare il programma con il fondo “Lighthouse” istituito per progetti di ricerca in tecnologia di azionamento, tecnologia della batteria, nonché “progetti vetrina” per illustrare la mobilità elettrica ai cittadini, oltre a incentivi fiscali per l’acquisto di auto elettriche per un valore di 320 milioni di €. Secondo le parti interessate, i ritorni dovrebbero essere immediati. Il progetto proposto prevede dei risultati di finanziamento con un saldo positivo per il bilancio federale dal 2018. La previsione di entrate da reddito e del valore aggiunto dei contributi fiscali e previdenziali dovrebbero superare entro tale data gl’investimenti federali nella ricerca e sviluppo e nella crescita del mercato dei veicoli elettrici. Questa è la speranza dei lobbisti.
Nei sette gruppi di lavoro del NPE sono rappresentati quasi tutti i nomi di spicco dei settori automotive, energia, chimica e tecnologia.
Tra i principali membri che lavorano al progetto auto elettrica ci sono anche il capo di Volkswagen Rudolf Krebs; il capo della società chimica, Evonik Klaus Engel Eon Energia e il CEO Klaus-Dieter Maubach. Sono anche rappresentati i leader della ricerca di Audi, BMW e BASF. Al Cancelliere è stato riportato il lavoro dei gestori, e a giugno, il Gabinetto ha sviluppato un piano d’azione che concerne anche una maggiore formazione di ingegneri e operai specializzati. L’obiettivo del Cancelliere è di far circolare su strada entro il 2020 un milione di auto elettriche in Germania e l’obbiettivo, senza finanziamenti, sarebbe fuori portata.
Il target si abbasserebbe a solo 450.000 veicoli elettrici, avvertono gli esperti.

Assicurazioni auto I semestre on line 2011 in forte ribasso
L’Isvap ha da poco pubblicato i dati relative alle assicurazioni auto in Italia: c’è un calo di 58,7 miliardi nel primo semestre 2011 nella raccolta totale dei premi delle imprese assicurative italiane, dato non giustificabile solo dalle rappresentanze per l’Italia di imprese extraeuropee del settore assicurativo.
Ciò nonostante il dato dei costi delle polizze è in netta controtendenza visto che sono in aumento.
Il calo più importante si è registrato sulle polizze tradizionali di ramo I, che in seguito ai forti incrementi dell’ultimo periodo, sono calcolabili in 30,7 miliardi, con una variazione in negativo del 20,5%.
Ma il notevole ribasso non ha riguardato solo le assicurazioni auto tradizionali, un ribasso sostanzioso è avvenuto anche sulle polizze di ramo III calate del 23,6%.
C’è solo un dato in crescita ed è quello che riguarda i rami “danni”, con un aumento di 18,4 miliardi di euro, un +3%.
Questi dati non dovrebbero forse invitare a riflettere le compagnie assicurative che hanno aumentato i prezzi delle assicurazioni negli ultimi anni in maniera quasi incontrollata?

Allinizio di questa settimana vi abbiamo mostrato la più recente BMW M3 elaborata appunto dallazienda 360°. Sembra che i ragazzi lì sono piuttosto occupati in questi giorni, perché ieri hanno presentato un nuovo modello della Corvette ZO6 trasformato in una bestia dallaspetto aggressivo... E incredibile vedere come cambia lauto con una serie di nuove ruote, alcuni abbassamenti e un sistema di scarico nuovo.

Le multe si pagano con il bancomat e carta di credito
Nell’ambito del progetto La sicurezza stradale ed il nuovo codice della strada, una interessante novità è rappresentata dalla possibilità di pagamento delle multe con il Bancomat e la Carta di Credito, quando veniamo fermati da una pattuglia della Polizia Stradale.
Quindi le auto della Polizia stradale avranno gli strumenti, i pos, per gestire la carta di credito del conducente, che malauguratamente dovrà effettuare il pagamento di una contravvenzione.
Il servizio sarà attivo dal primo settembre del 2011!
In Emilia Romagna invece è partito un progetto pilota, che permette di pagare online le multe, necessario il numero di verbale e la targa dell’auto a cui è stata elevata la contravvenzione; importante è anche la data in cui si è commessa l’infrazione.
Con queste informazione andare sul sito labassaromangna.it/sanzioni, e sarà possibile inserire i propri dati per il pagamento dell’infrazione commessa. In base all’importo da pagare ci sarà una commissione sul pagamento da effettuare.
Per tutti gli altri automobilisti, grazie ad un accordo tra le Poste italiane e la Polizia stradale, anziché fare code agli sportelli degli uffici postali, si potrà pagare con la carta di credito, Visa o Master Card, inoltre questo servizio avviene senza commissioni ulteriori.
Almeno in questo possiamo essere agevolati; qualora ci trovassimo nella condizione di aver commesso un’infrazione stradale, e alla domanda retorica…Concilia?, potremo utilizzare la carta di credito.
